Trellis Leadership Diagnostic
Where your leadership holds, and where it is costing the company
24 items across six dimensions. About 12 minutes. Instant results.
What it measures
- Focus
- Whether you have a defensibly narrow definition of who you serve and whether your calendar reflects it.
- Decision Architecture
- How decisions get made, how reversible ones are distinguished from irreversible ones, and whether the company knows which decisions are yours.
- Team Leverage
- Delegation, hiring bar, and whether you are the bottleneck.
- Commercial Ownership
- Founder relationship to revenue: pipeline rhythm, pricing courage, willingness to sell personally.
- Self-Regulation
- Energy, stress response, and the degree to which your identity is fused with the company's performance.
- Feedback Metabolism
- How you take in hard information from your board, customers, and team, and what you do with it.
How it works
Most leadership assessments ask what kind of leader you would like to be, then score the answer you knew was right. This one asks what you did in the last 30 days: the opportunity you turned down, the decision that sat waiting on you. Every item is anchored to observable behavior because aspiration is cheap and behavior is not. Each dimension lands in one of three bands, and there is no overall score. A single number would flatter you. A profile shape tells you what to fix first.
